Mayor of Blackburn with Darwen 2004/5 - Cllr David Foster

Liberal Democrat Councillor David Foster was elected Mayor of Blackburn with Darwen at the Annual Council Meeting on 1 July 2004.

Councillor Foster has been Councillor for Whitehall Ward in Darwen since 1990. His grandfather was Mayor of Darwen in 1964. His wife Cllr. Karimeh Foster will be Mayoress.
